Joyce Cordell - Chairman & Co-Founder

Joyce graduated from Greenville Technical College and spent 15 years during the early part of her career in corporate America as part of an executive management team in the construction industry. In 1993 she was exposed to network marketing and created a team of leaders that earned her the top position with a world-wide telecommunications company.

Joyce is also a breast cancer survivor. Going through this health challenge heightened her awareness of her body and the importance of the immune system. She became aware of Beta Glucan through A.J. Lanigan, our product manufacturer and Co-Founder. As she began taking the product her knowledge and belief in it solidified and she felt strongly that launching it through the network marketing model could bring life changing benefits to the masses.

Therefore, in 2011, Joyce partnered with A.J. Lanigan to launch Restart Your Life. Joyce’s attention to detail, business acumen, management experience and knowledge of the Network Marketing Industry provide a force behind the entire corporate culture. She is considered the “gentle giant” in the industry. Her caring nature is critical to the foundation of Restart Your Life.

Randy Jeffcoat - President

For the past 40 years Randy has achieved ultimate success in traditional business as the Owner and Operator of a major Premier Executive Home Building Enterprise. His business not only survived, but thrived during the past several years of economic downturn. He attributes this success to creating a model for the replication of quality in his field management team. For the past 16 years Randy has also simultaneously engaged in the pursuit of residual income through network marketing. His success in this arena is the result of his passion for working with individuals to help them build a business. Randy has been the recipient of many distinguished awards throughout his business career. Rick Rountree - Senior VP of Sales

Rick Rountree graduated Clemson University in 1977 with a BS in Management. The next 17 years he held various District, Regional Sales Management and Executive Sales positions with Ryder System, Inc. in Miami, FL; Knoxville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; and Charlotte, NC. In 1994, he founded Rountree & Associates, Inc. (RAI) and marketed telecom services internationally through Excel Communications, a network marketing company. Rick was a Top Income earner and built the RAI Excel distributorship into a network of over 25,000 Independent Contractors. He sold his Excel distributorship in 1999. From 2000 to 2005, Rick was an award winning Regional Manager with Access Integrated Networks, a local exchange Telecom Carrier based in Macon, GA. In 2006, Rick founded Trinity Capital, Inc., a financial services company that grew to over 1000 agents internationally and affiliated with United First Financial, Inc. In 2009, Rick became involved with the network marketing industry again and quickly became a Top 5 Income Earner. In February 2011, Rick joined Restart Your Life. Rick is very involved in his Church. He and his wife, Melanie, have been married 14 years and have 2 daughters, 12 and 10 years old.

Brenda Jeffcoat - Chief Compliance Officer

Brenda has over 30 years of experience as a Financial Controller. Brenda works closely with the Restart Your Life legal team in all areas of compliance including labeling, distribution services, marketing materials, online brand control and manufacturing.
